WATERPROOFING
BASE PREPRATION (HORIZONTAL SURFACE) (BEFORE RAFT)

Applying 15mm modified waterproof leveling screed (1:2:2) over PCC (“VAPSI”).
Added with FAIRCRETE RMW @150ml / 50Kg bag of cement & FAIRFIBRE @125 gms /
50Kg bag of cement.

Followed with two coats of polymer waterproof coating of FAIRCRETE
SB(L)
& Cement (1:2).
|
|
|
Second coats of above said coating should be followed with protection
waterproof plaster using FAIRCRETE RMW @150ml
/ 50Kg bag of cement, followe with insertion of ‘P’ gravel’s. Laying of
concrete raft (Min M-20 grade concrete i.e. 1:1.5:3) to be added with FAIRCRETE
RMW @150ml / 50Kg bag of cement.

Honey comb (if any ),and construction joints to be given “stitch
grouting” with Non shrink cement slurry (W/C=2 to 0.75) modified with FAIRADD
@200 gms / 50Kg bag of cement. |
IN
CASE OF INDUSTRIAL FLOORING :- Green concrete to be sprinkled with FAIRTOP @5
Kg/Sq.M for high Abrasion resistance
WATERPROOFING
BASE PREPRATION (VERTICAL SURFACE) / RETAINING WALL
Fix G.I / AL./M.S nozzles (Max 10mm dia) from inside at
construction / Dummy joints / honey comb Concrete sections etc/. in Zig Zag
manner to give “ STITCH GROUTING” BY INJECTION cementitious polymer, non
shrink slurry added with FAIRADD @200 gms / 50Kg bag of cement,using 140 PSI
gauge pressure pump.

All construction joints to be sealed from outside , by providing “BAND
PLASTER”(100mm Wide, 10mm thick), with modified polymer & fiber mortar
added with FAIRCRETE SB(L) @5% by weight of cement.& FAIRFIBRE @125 gms /
50Kg bag of cement.

Cleaning and washing exterior wall basement followed with two coats of
waterproofing cementitious coating of FAIRCRETE SB(L) :

Followed with Protection coarse waterproof Plaster (12mm thick, with
cement: sand ratio 1:3) added with FAIRPLAST IP @200 gms / 50Kg bag of cement.
