“Concrete
to be casted should be Modified with waterreducing, waterproofing
admixture FAIRCRETE RMW @150ml / 50Kg of Cement. & all
construction joints to be given bond coat of FAIRBOND EP over old
concrete surface and all slope to be maintained towards
drainage/outlet end. (to
be under the scope
of main/civil contractor, possible L/s Chemical Cost /Sq.ft./4”thickness
slab=Rs.1.75/Sq.ft.) for
new construction

BASE PREPARATION

and washing of the surface to keep it free from oil / grease,
dust etc.

Cracks
/ Construction joints to seal with CRACKSEAL+FAIRCRETE SB(L)
& given stitch injection grouting, with non-shrink cement
slurry added with FAIRADD S @ 200 gm / 50 kg
bag of cement. (IF REQUIRED) |

FOR
LEVELING AND PATCHING : Applying acrylic polymer modified cement
slurry by using: Cement, followed with mortar (1:4) modified
with FAIRCRETE SB (L)@ 2% by wt. of cement only. |

Making
fillet /galta at construction joints along with parapet with
above said Mortar, cement : sand :10mm down aggregates :: 1:2:2)
added with FAIRCRETE SB (L) @ 2% by wt. of cement.. |
WATERPROOF
COATING
Applying
FAIRCRETE SB (L): cement (1:2) slurry on moist /clean concrete surface
for sealing the pores in capillaries or two coats of WATERGUARD A(in
case of water Logging/head, during rains
above 0’6”)
WATERPROOF
PROTECTION LAYER & INSULATION
Applying
waterproof screed (1:2:2) - with 6 mm down aggregate by using
FAIRPLAST IP (mortar/screed plasticiser) @ 200 gm & FAIRFIBRE (Fibre
reinforcement) @ 125 gm per 50 Kg Bag of cement with proper slope ,
fixing brick bat’s in green screed7 curing for
2-3 day’s,Grouting with cement :sand(1:3)modified slurry
added with FAIRADD , followed with above said leveling screed in
panel’s to have insulation property .
Top
portion should be neat
punning with dry shake ,spread of FAIRTOP @ 5 Kg /Sq.m.(as per the
industrial/institutional usage
of terrace / Colour required) or
Neat cement punning
added FAIRCRETE SB (L) @ 5% by wt. of cement .
Making
Water collector ‘khura’,all along the exit Rain water pipe &
Sealing Waste/Rain water pipe to masonry joint ,with flexible FAIRSEAL
or Rigid CRACKSEAL+FAIRCRETE SB(L)putty .
COST:
All above will including Labour &
Chemicals (Waterproofing&1nsulation
)= Rs.21/-Sq.ft. for min. area of 5,000 Sq.ft. Supported with
on site Engineer /
supervision, during casting & laying, through our authorized
trained applicators.
where
as Cement ,Sand, Agregates, Brick bats,Water, Electricity to be
provided free of cost, At level of working.
EXTRA
COST (for additional features):
1.Application
of COLOURED FLOOR HARDNER-FAIRTOP @ Rs7.50/Sq.ft.
2.Making
water collector/khura’s & Sealing pipe joints L/s @ Rs.
350/each.
3.There
is no extra cost up to 30’0”height, from Ground Level,
rest
for every additional 10’0”height,It
will be increased Price of 2%. |
